Refund policy

At Laveta we want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Once the manufacturing defect or shipping error is received and validated, another with the same characteristics will be sent. All shipping costs associated with changes due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be borne by Laveta Eyewear. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
