HOW TO BUY?
To make a purchase online, the user must add the items they wish to purchase to their "cart" and follow the steps of the purchase process that are defined on our website. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email validating it. This ensures the existence of the product in stock and the validation of the payment by the bank. This is when your order will be dispatched.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Please understand that no two pieces of wood are the same, so there will never be two Laveta glasses exactly the same. The photos that appear on www.lavetaeyewear.com are only representative, each glasses is unique.

PAYMENT METHOD

Credit card / Paypal: You can pay with any credit / debit card MasterCard, American Express or Visa through the PayPal system, although it is not necessary to have a PayPal account. When paying, you just have to click where it says Don't have a PayPal account? and ready. The data entered will be stored directly and only on the Paypal servers. It is a totally safe transaction. The data entered is never viewed or stored by Laveta Eyewear, since the entire process is carried out on Paypal's own servers. This method does not carry any additional cost. If we detect any anomaly or fraud in the payment of an order, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction for security reasons, and we promise to contact the buyer as soon as possible to solve it.

Deposit / Bank transfer: Payment by deposit or transfer is made from the buyer's bank account to our account, indicating in the concept the name, surname and ID of the buyer. This method does not carry any additional cost. The order will be processed once we receive the payment in account. For this option, you must first send an email with your data and the model you have chosen to tienda(at)lavetawood.com. We will answer you as soon as possible giving you the instructions to make the payment.

PRICES

Laveta Eyewear reserves the right to modify prices at any time, always respecting the price indicated at the time of placing the order. The prices displayed on the page www.lavetaeyewear.com carry 21% VAT included. The prices shown on the page are the final prices except for typographical errors. All prices are in Euros.

DELIVERY TIME

The Laveta Eyewear team will manufacture this model exclusively for you, with all our care and dedication so that you can enjoy a unique piece. We will always try to keep the delivery time as short as possible, but keep in mind that each goggle is sanded, finished and assembled by hand, and this process requires time. You will receive your order within a maximum period of 15 days once the purchase is made.

Orders are not issued, nor are deliveries made on weekends or holidays.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Laveta we want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. You have a period of 7 business days, counting from the delivery date of the order, to exercise your right of return (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47 / 2002, of December 19) in the following cases: If the product you have purchased does not satisfy you, has not undergone any manipulation and is in perfect condition, send the product to Laveta Eyewear, C/ Esteban Salazar Chapela 20, Nave 28. 29004 Málaga (Spain). Once received, the amount of the product will be refunded or exchanged for a different product. The transport costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, send the product to Laveta Eyewear, C/ Esteban Salazar Chapela 20, Nave 28. 29004 Málaga (Spain). Once the manufacturing defect or shipping error is received and validated, another with the same characteristics will be sent. All shipping costs associated with changes due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be borne by Laveta Eyewear. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
