UNIQUE PROCESS
We have developed a unique high-standard manufacturing process. After trying several processes we have concluded that making glasses with solid wood retains its essence and personality obtaining a singular product.
TECHNOLOGY
We combine 2D cnc technology (Computerized Numerical Control) with traditional artisan processes such as steam bending, going through many manual processes such as sanding, multiple layers of ecological finishing, final assembly, cutting and inserting lenses, packaging and the final review
LIVING WOOD
We find in wood the most natural way to shape passion, effort and dedication. A unique material that allows you to work with the precision of a cabinetmaker taking care of every detail. No two pieces of wood are the same, so no two Laveta glasses will ever be exactly the same. A meticulous job that gives the mother multiple finishing coats with 24-hour drying. An open-pore treatment, without varnishes, but with 100% environmentally friendly oils and waxes
